I. RULES OF THE HOUSE /BOOKING CONDITIONS

Welcome to Country House, our tourist accommodation. The following rules form part of the tourist accommodation contract and are mandatory. Their purpose is to ensure a pleasant, safe, and respectful stay for all guests, neighbors, and the environment, as well as to comply with current regulations. Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate eviction from the accommodation without a refund of the booking amount. Any consequences arising from non-compliance with these rules will be the responsibility of the non-compliant party.

 

  1. Check-in and Check-out.

 

Check-in: From 2:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed in advance with Vulture Hoteles S.L. Please notify us in advance if you need an early check-in (subject to  availability and possible additional cost).

 

Check-out: Before 12:00 PM. Please notify us in advance if you need a late check-out (subject to availability and possible additional cost).

 

Guests must provide a valid identification document at the time of check-in, in accordance with Spanish tourism regulations. Personal data will be collected and sent to the Ministry of the Interior for traveler registration, as required by current legislation.

 

Damage Deposit: Upon check-in, guests must provide a credit card as a guarantee to cover potential damage caused during the stay. The amount will be determined at the time of booking.

 

  1. Maximum Capacity.

 

The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 10 people. No more people than those agreed upon in the booking, including occasional visitors, are allowed without prior authorization from the owner. Under no circumstances are more than 10 people (of any age) allowed to stay overnight.

 

The accommodation has 8 single beds and 1 double bed for adults and children aged 6 and over. No extra beds or cribs are provided for younger children. Minors must always be supervised by an adult.

 

  1. House Rules

Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, noise levels must be kept to a minimum to respect the neighbors’ rest. Parties, events, or activities that cause disturbances are prohibited.

 

The use of speakers, loud music, or any activity that disturbs the tranquility of the surroundings is not allowed.

 

  1. Use of the House.

 

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.

 

Pets are not allowed: No animals are permitted in the accommodation.

 

Care of facilities: Use furniture, appliances, and other elements of the accommodation with care. Any damage caused will be the guest’s responsibility and may result in an additional charge to the credit card provided as a guarantee.

 

Cleanliness: Keep the accommodation in reasonable condition of order and cleanliness during your stay. Upon check-out, leave the kitchen clean and remove garbage from areas where waste has accumulated.

 

Furniture: Moving or rearranging furniture is not permitted. Any damage to the furniture or accommodation due to non-compliance with this rule will be the guest’s responsibility and may result in an additional charge to the credit card provided as a guarantee.

Responsible use of resources: Use water, electricity, and heating responsibly. Turn off lights and electrical appliances when not in use and do not leave the heating on with windows open.

 

  1. Waste Management.

 

Sepúlveda has a selective waste collection system. Please separate waste into the corresponding categories (organic, plastic, paper, glass) and deposit it in the designated public containers.

 

Do not leave garbage inside the accommodation upon check-out. Use external containers or, if not possible, notify the owner to coordinate its removal.

 

  1. Safety.

 

Always lock the accommodation door when entering or leaving. Do not leave valuables in plain sight.

 

The accommodation is equipped with fire prevention equipment (extinguishers) and first aid kits, the locations of which will be indicated upon arrival. Familiarize yourself with their location and use.

Do not bring flammable, explosive, or hazardous substances into the accommodation.

 

The use of fireplaces is prohibited unless expressly authorized by the owner.

 

  1. Internet and Services.

 

The accommodation has Wi-Fi access. The password will be provided at check-in.

 

Do not use the internet connection for illegal activities or those that could compromise network security.

 

In case of issues with services (water, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, etc.), contact the owner immediately.

 

  1. Local Regulations and Respect for the Environment

 

Sepúlveda is a municipality with rich cultural and natural heritage. Respect the environment, do not litter in public spaces, and avoid damaging urban furniture or natural areas.

 

Comply with local ordinances and community regulations.

 

  1. Prices and Cancellations.

 

Prices are as indicated at the time of booking and include all applicable taxes (VAT and other tourist taxes, if applicable).

 

The booking payment will be made in advance by credit card.

 

Cancellations and refunds: Bookings can be canceled with a minimum of 7 calendar days’ notice (before 12:00 PM on the start date of the booking). If the booking is canceled later (or if fewer than 7 calendar days have passed since its confirmation), it cannot be canceled, and a 100% charge will apply if the guest does not show up. No refunds will be issued in these cases. Contact the owner or booking platform for any inquiries.

 

Any changes to the number of guests or booking dates must be communicated and approved in advance in writing.

 

  1. Liability.

 

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation, its facilities, third parties, or the building during their stay. In cases of intent, fault, or negligence, guests will be liable for the damages caused.

 

The accommodation has liability insurance that covers damage to people or property, provided there is no intent, fault, or negligence by the guests. In such cases, the responsibility will fall solely on the guests.

 

The owner is not responsible for the loss or theft of guests’ personal belongings.

 

  1. Complaints.

 

In accordance with Castilla y León tourism regulations, complaint forms are available to guests. To request a form, contact the owner.

 

  1. Data Protection.

 

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, personal data collected (name, surname, ID number, etc.) will be processed solely to comply with legal obligations (traveler registration, invoicing, etc.) and to manage your booking.

 

Data will be sent to the Ministry of the Interior for traveler registration, as required by current regulations, and will not be used for commercial purposes.

  1. Traveler Registration and Transaction Data.

 

Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, which establishes obligations for documenting and providing information on individuals or entities engaged in hospitality and vehicle rental activities, requires us to collect information regarding guests’ identity and payment methods. Specifically:

Traveler Data: a) Name, b) First surname, c) Second surname, d) Gender, e) ID number, f) Type of document (DNI, passport, TIE), g) Nationality, h) Date of birth, i) Place of usual residence (full address, country), j) Landline phone, k) Mobile phone, l) Email, m) Number of travelers n) Relationship between travelers (if any are minors)

II. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICIES.

 

Orders placed through our website have a maximum period of 30 days to request exchanges or returns.

 

Please note that VULTURE HOTELES SL (COUNTRY HOUSE) will not cover the costs related to the exchange or return.

In both cases, the exchange/return process consists of two steps. First, we wait to receive the product to be exchanged/returned, and upon its arrival, we automatically generate the order with the new requested size, which you will receive in the following days.

 

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange.

RETURNS

 

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product to request a return. The shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

 

To process your return, you can request a scheduled pickup or drop it off at your nearest post office.

Personalized products or those purchased during clearance or outlet periods cannot be returned under any circumstances.

 

The Returns and Exchanges Policy does not affect the legal warranty covering the products.

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Orders are processed within a maximum of 72 business hours after purchase. This involves preparing the package contents for delivery to the transport company. Orders typically take 24-48 hours to arrive on business days. Orders are usually shipped via CORREOS, which will notify you before delivery. If delivery cannot be completed for reasons beyond CORREOS’ control, the order will be returned to us, where it will be available for pickup in Madrid or for you to request a new shipment, in which case you will need to cover the shipping costs again for the method you choose.

If you need to change the delivery address after placing the order, you must notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been shipped, no address changes can be made.
